– Eligibility assessment services
– Pre-departure guidance
We are a consulting service. We are not a law firm
and we do not provide legal advice. Our services
constitute immigration consulting and document
preparation assistance only.
Final decisions on all visa applications rest
entirely with the relevant embassy, high commission
or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee
visa approval.
3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
KIOGA Consultancy makes no guarantee, representation
or warranty that any visa application prepared or
submitted with our assistance will be approved.
Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant
government authority and are based on factors
outside our control including but not limited to:
– Changes in immigration policy
– Embassy processing volumes and timelines
– The applicant’s individual circumstances
– Information or documentation provided by the applicant
– The discretion of the immigration officer
While we take every measure to prepare the strongest
possible application we cannot be held responsible
for visa refusals.
Any claims made on our website regarding success
rates or timelines are based on historical experience
and past performance and do not constitute a guarantee
of future results.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client of KIOGA Consultancy you are responsible for:
Providing accurate information — all information
you provide to us must be truthful, complete and
accurate. Providing false or misleading information
may result in visa rejection or legal consequences
for which KIOGA Consultancy bears no responsibility.
Disclosing previous refusals — you must disclose
all previous visa refusals to us and to the relevant
authorities when required. Failure to disclose
previous refusals is a serious matter that can result
in permanent bans.
Providing documents on time — delays in providing
required documents may affect your application
timeline. KIOGA Consultancy is not responsible for
delays caused by late submission of documents by
the client.
Reviewing your application — you are responsible
for reviewing all documents and application forms
prepared on your behalf before submission and
notifying us of any errors or omissions.
5. Fees and Payment
Our consultation fees will be clearly communicated
to you before you commit to any paid service.
Free assessment — our initial eligibility assessment
is provided free of charge with no obligation.
Service fees — fees for visa application services
are agreed in writing before work commences.
Payment terms — payment terms will be specified
in your service agreement.
Refund policy — refunds are subject to our refund
policy which will be communicated at the time of
engagement. Please note that visa application fees
paid to embassies or immigration authorities are
generally non-refundable regardless of the outcome
of your application.
Government fees — embassy fees, visa application
fees and other government charges are separate from
our consulting fees and are your responsibility
to pay directly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the KIOGA Consultancy website including
but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images,
documents and checklists is the intellectual property
of KIOGA Consultancy and is protected by applicable
copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create
derivative works from any content on our website
without our express written permission.

for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Website Use
By using our website you agree not to:

or damage arising from our services
Our total liability to you in connection with our
services shall not exceed the fees paid by you
to KIOGA Consultancy for those specific services.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes
liability for death or personal injury caused by
our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Confidentiality
We treat all personal and financial information
you share with us as strictly confidential.
We will not share your information with any third
party except as required to provide our services
or as required by law.

manner towards our staff
– The client fails to make agreed payments
– Continuing the service would require us to act

In the event of termination any fees paid for
services not yet commenced will be refunded.
Fees for services already commenced are
non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and
construed in accordance with applicable laws.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions
or our services will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions
is found to be invalid or unenforceable the
remaining provisions will continue in full force
and effect.
